When will I be billed?
We aim to provide an invoice via e-mail within 24hours of completion of the work, alternatively we can post this out to you.
What does the price include?
Our prices include all charges and taxes. There are no hidden costs and we will always be transparent in our explanation of costs.
Are there any discounts?
We offer a number of savings including a 50% price reduction for a boiler service when carried out alongside a landlord’s certificate. We also offer a reduction in price when our engineer is booked out for either half a day, or a day.

The Small print –
Estimates can be provided by the engineers or an estimator before work commences.
Fixed Prices for some jobs can be given if requested either verbally or by a written quotation before work commences.
Rates: We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs.
Materials supplied: We aim to offer a competitive rate on our materials, and pass on any discount to our customers when we can.
Material Collection: Time for non-stock items will be kept to a minimum, within our hourly rate charge.
The Invoice presented will clearly show a full description of work carried out and provide breakdown of Labour and Materials.
Payment must be made in full by credit card/debit card (via card machine), cheque or cash to the engineer, or via bank transfer once the invoice has been received.
