Our engineers are qualified to work on Gas, Oil and LPG. We are registered with Gas Safe and OFTEC. All our engineers and estimators are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked (formerly known as Criminal Records Bureau or CRB).

We aim to provide an invoice via e-mail within 24hours of completion of the work.
Our prices include all charges: there are no hidden costs and we will always be transparent in our explanation of costs.
We offer a 50% price reduction for a standard boiler service when carried out alongside a landlord’s certificate.

Estimates can be provided by the engineers or an estimator before work commences.
Fixed Prices for some jobs can be given if requested either verbally or by a written quotation before work commences.
Rates: We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs.
Materials supplied: We aim to offer a competitive rate on our materials, and pass on any discount to our customers when we can.
Material Collection: Time for non-stock items will be kept to a minimum, within our hourly rate charge.
Payment must be made in full by BACs, or cash to the engineer, or via bank transfer once the invoice has been received.
Diagnostics are chargeable at our hourly, rate as shown above.
