He seemed to have the extra knowledge about the electrics of a plumbing setup which helped fix the issue. Would recommend.

My elderly parents in their 80s and my Father that suffers from Dementia required a reliable, trustworthy and experienced plumbing company to replace their very old and unsafe boiler and hot and cold water tanks.Top Plumb were just amazing, they were extremely sensitive to my parents needs personally, and extremely knowledgeable in respect to the work required. The job was inspected and prices provided before work was carried out, what work that was needed to be carried out was explained in a very detailed but very understandable manner.The work carried out was to a very high standard, and safety of new equipment was always made a priority. The job was completed as quickly as possible without compromising quality or safety and coverings were placed through out the work areas to ensure cleanliness of the house. On completion, all used materials were removed to be disposed of responsibly. In addition Top Plumb kept me informed at regular intervals via email and telephone of the progress in respect of appointment times and the actual work involved, and are a very friendly company to communicate with, and no question or general enquiry was a problem they were always happy to help out and assist.I would highly recommend Top Plumb for anyones plumbing needs, top quality work, top quality materials, top quality communications and a very friendly and approachable company.
