We were without hot water or heating during one of the coldest weeks of the year with two small children. Having been let down by one of the big providers we contacted Top Plumb. Despite a packed schedule Kevin came out to us early on a Saturday morning to review our problem. He then moved around his schedule to accommodate us a couple of days later to replace the boiler. Kevin is a master of his trade; he was punctual, friendly, fast and neat. We will never use anyone else again.
