Hannah Dye
Office manager
Hannah grew up in Hemel Hempstead, and went to secondary school with Kevin. After meeting Andy she moved to Cambridge, working in analytical chemistry, returning to Hemel once they’d started a family.
She began working with Andy and ASD Heating when the children were small, and took more responsibility within the company becoming a fellow director when the company registered as limited. Her scientific background helps Hannah bring a logical and methodical approach to her role in the business. She loves problem solving and working on the financial side of things.
When not working Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, reading and yoga.
Kerry Ahir
Office Manager
Kerry has worked in many different roles, and qualified as a Lawyer in 2008. Kerry’s background in Law gave her a firm understanding for the need for clear explanations, transparency and an understanding of true customer service.
Her role is to run the company, from sales & marketing, ordering materials, customer service, to general administration.
Kevin Skidmore
Lead Engineer (proprietor)
Kevin began his career in the plumbing and heating industry in 1998 attending the college of North West London gaining his Gas Heating industry credentials. He has gained more than 21 years experience working all around the country on light commercial systems to more modest sized dwellings, including working with the elderly and vulnerable in a number of residential care homes.
In 2009, Kevin embarked on launching Top Plumb, originally based in Devon, before relocating back to the South East in 2014 with his wife Kerry and newborn son Rohan.
Andy Dye
Lead engineer (proprietor)
Andy has been working in the plumbing and heating industry for over 15 years, originally working in the Cambridge area. With qualifications through NICEIC, City and Guilds and Logic certifications and gaining his Gas Safe registration he worked his way to becoming lead engineer.
After moving to Hemel Hempstead 9 years ago, ASD Heating was created, and it soon became a successful, customer focused business. Over many years Andy worked in collaboration with Kevin and so the idea to merge businesses began. As the saying goes, the rest is history!
Andy is constantly adding to his qualifications and training to stay on top of changes in the industry, especially with internet enabled controls and latest heating products. In his free time Andy is mostly having fun with his daughters or watching a game of rugby.
John Cousins
Gas Engineer
John is a fully qualified Gas Engineer with a vast experience in the industry. Whilst primarily assisting with boiler installations, John also carries out a range of other works including repairs, and cylinder installations.
