The company is based in Worcester where all the main functions are located, including the manufacture of gas boilers. There is also a site in Clay Cross, Derbyshire, where oil boilers are manufactured.
The product range includes gas boilers, oil boilers, hot water cylinders, renewable technologies such as heat pumps and solar water heating systems, and controls and accessories.

Worcester’s philosophy is that their products must be installed by heating engineers who are deemed as reputable, quality conscious and representing value for money – Worcester Accredited Installers (WAIs). WAIs must have Gas Safe, OFTEC and/or MCS approval and must have attended Logic certified training courses on boilers, solar thermal systems, heat pumps and/or underfloor heating. Worcester check a WAI’s Gas Safe, OFTEC and/or MCS accreditation on a regular basis.

Extended Guarantees
The standard Worcester product guarantee period is usually 2 years but some WAIs, including Top Plumb, can offer longer guarantee periods ranging from 3 to 12 years depending on the boiler and parts used.
